Counselor Training

BEST Enrollments has recently partnered with a training center to prepare young agents to become “BEST Certified” counselors. We want all of your enrollments to be successful!

Counselor Videos

Enrollment counselors are encouraged to provide video recorded answers to specific industry questions. Watching these videos and listening to the answers provides a little extra insight before hiring a counselor for an enrollment.

Counselor Availability

Imagine the hours saved when you have the ability to click on one specific date and instantaneously receive the business profiles of all counselors available beginning on that date. We know you will love our search engine!

HR Support

Partnering with BEST Enrollments, your Human Resource department will now have access to our pool of over 2,000 enrollment counselors. The HR employees will refer to BEST as an extension of the department, as they save hundreds of hours throughout the year with our “Enrollment Counselor Search Engine”.

Need a counselor appointed with a specific insurance company or one familiar with a specific enrollment software? Perhaps you want to search on availability? Is a language other than English important? Our proprietary software will allow you to search on all of these, and much more! We make finding the BEST counselor easy.

Counselor evaluation is another area where we excel, as all of our clients provide feedback on those counselors utilized. In addition, a Spanish case manager interviews all of our Spanish counselors.

Administrative Support

Contracting a counselor just got simpler! Once you have decided on the counselor(s) you wish to hire, simply upload your contracting paperwork with your request to hire.

Management Support

In addition to having “Case Managers” to introduce to you, we also offer the following services at an additional fee.

Counselor Training, prior to an enrollment

Online Enrollment Scheduling of individual cases.

Record online training to be viewed by counselors unable to attend training.

Via our proprietary software, confirm viewing of recorded training by counselors prior to the enrollment.
